Short sessions, heavy structure, and a room that stays predictable.
The youngest group. Sessions are shorter and the structure is deliberately repetitive, because at this age predictability is what makes a room feel safe enough to try something hard in.
- Breath as a game, not an instruction
- Following a sequence
- Sharing space and taking turns
Kids and teens
Ages 8 to 17
The core program, where the belt progression really begins.
The main cohort. Movement sequences get longer and genuinely difficult, emotional literacy work gets more direct, and the belt system starts producing the repeated experience of earning something real.
- Full movement sequences
- Regulation under effort
- Belt progression and the Warrior Ceremony
Inclusive martial arts
All ages, mixed
Our intentional mixed-cohort model, neurodivergent and neurotypical together.
Not a separate class. This is how every TRUETH cohort is built. Mixing removes the stigma of a mental health program and replaces it with the pride of mastering something hard alongside others doing the same.
- No pull-out labeling
- Accommodation as standard practice
- Peer modeling in both directions
Family program
Parent and child together
Train alongside your child instead of watching from the side.
For families where the parent wants the same tools their child is learning. Practicing the breathing yourself is also the fastest way to be able to use it with your child at home, at eleven at night, when it matters.
- Shared vocabulary for regulation
- Practice at home between sessions
- Doing something hard together
Parent courses
Parents and caregivers
For parents who need the tools whether or not their child ever enrolls.
Structured courses on supporting regulation at home: what to do before an escalation rather than during it, how to build a predictable structure, and how to protect your own capacity while doing it.
- Regulation support at home
- Structure and transitions
- Sustainable for the parent, not just the child
Every program runs on the sliding scale with full scholarships available. Cost is the last conversation, not the first.
