Children's Privacy
How we protect the privacy of the children in our care, and what parents and guardians control.
TRUETH Jin Sun Do serves children ages 5 to 17. We take extra care with any information about a child, and a parent or legal guardian is always the one who decides what is shared with us.
Parental consent
A parent or guardian enrolls the child and provides any information about the child directly to us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child online without a parent or guardian's involvement.
If we learn that a child has submitted personal information through our website without a parent or guardian, we will delete it.
What we ask for, and why
We ask for the minimum needed to run a session safely: the child's name and age, an emergency contact, and any health, sensory, or behavioral information a parent chooses to share so our instructors can support the child well.
No child data is ever sold
We do not sell, rent, or trade any child's information, ever, to anyone. We do not use a child's information for advertising.
Parental control
- You can review what we hold about your child at any time.
- You can correct or update it at any time.
- You can ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we are required by law to keep a record.
- You decide separately whether your child's photo or video may be used; see our Media and Photo Consent policy.
