Start here
The first step is a conversation.
Not a form, not an assessment, and not a waitlist. Here is exactly what happens next.
You reach out
Email or call. Tell us your child's age and one sentence about what is hard right now. That is enough to start.
We talk
A real conversation, usually fifteen or twenty minutes. We want to know what helps your child and what does not. You do not need to make your child sound worse to qualify.
You visit
Come see a session before you commit to anything. Your child can watch from the side. Many do on the first visit.
We sort out cost
Privately, and after you already know whether this is right for your child. Sliding scale and full scholarships exist so that cost is the last question, not the first.
Reach us
If email is easier than calling, email. If calling is easier, call. Either reaches the same people.
What we will not ask you for
- A diagnosis, an IEP, or any documentation to begin
- Proof of income before we talk about the sliding scale
- A commitment before your child has seen the room
TRUETH is not a crisis service. If your child is in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
