About TRUETH

What we publish about our finances, our claims, and the things we have not proven yet.
Our tax status
TRUETH Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit, EIN 39-2576788, granted September 2025. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our IRS determination letter and annual filings are available on request while we complete our first full filing cycle.
What we claim, and what we do not
We claim that TRUETH Jin Sun Do is a structured, non-pharmacological group program built on breathwork, movement, and emotional literacy, developed by a master with sixty years of practice and thirty years of direct work with neurodivergent children.
We do not claim clinical efficacy. We have parent observations and a methodology, not published trial results. Building that evidence with clinical partners is a stated goal, not a finished one, and we will publish what we find whichever way it points.
If you ever see TRUETH material that states a clinical outcome as proven, tell us. That is a mistake, not a message.
Where donations go
Donations fund scholarship seats for families who cannot pay, program delivery at clinical and school partner locations, and the measurement work behind our evidence program.
