How TRUETH is structured, who is accountable, and the policies that govern our decisions.
This policy is written and in effect as TRUETH practice. Formal board adoption and counsel review are in progress.
TRUETH Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit corporation, EIN 39-2576788, based in Woodinville, Washington. Tax-exempt status was granted in September 2025.
Board and officers
TRUETH is governed by a board of directors responsible for mission, finances, executive oversight, and compliance. Board composition is being finalized as the organization enters its first full program year, and this page will name directors and officers once appointments are formally recorded.
We would rather leave this section incomplete than publish a board roster before the appointments are real.

Program oversight
Our clinical track operates under licensed clinical supervision at partner institutions. Program delivery, instructor conduct, and safeguarding are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and any concern can be raised confidentially.
