A movement-based regulation program for pediatric mental health.

TRUETH Jin Sun Do turns more than thirty years of applied martial arts practice into a structured somatic regulation model for children, delivered with hospitals, clinics, schools and community partners.

Where the body learns what the mind cannot.

Designed for integration, not disruption.

1 in 5U.S. adolescents ages 12 to 17 had a diagnosed mental or behavioral health condition in 2023
the share of youth emergency visits that were mental health related, 2011 to 2020
72%of U.S. counties have no practicing child and adolescent psychiatrist
6-10 wksaverage wait for a behavioral health appointment, and longer for child psychiatry

TRUETH is complementary to the care your institution already provides. It does not diagnose or treat, and it is not offered as an alternative to any clinical service.

Why institutions talk to us

01

Group delivery, not one to one

The capacity problem is structural. A protocol built for a cohort under a single supervising clinician addresses it in a way that hiring has not.

02

A protocol, not an activity

Structured breathwork, movement sequences and emotional literacy in a defined order, delivered the same way every session, by instructors trained in it.

03

Measurement built in from session one

Pre and post outcome measurement using validated instruments, agreed with your team before we start rather than assembled afterwards.

04

A program families return to

Engagement is the quiet failure mode of pediatric behavioral programs. Ours is the part we are most confident about and the part we most want measured.

How a pilot runs

  1. 1

    Scope

A defined cohort, a defined number of sessions, at your site or ours.

  2. 2

    Agree the measures

Which instruments, collected when, held by whom, reported how.

  3. 3

    Deliver

TRUETH instructors deliver the protocol under your licensed clinical supervision.

  4. 4

    Review together

We publish what the measurement shows, including results that are flat or negative.

On reimbursement we will not tell you a code is billable in your setting. That determination belongs to your institution, your supervising clinician and your payers. We support it with documentation and a clean measurement record rather than with claims.

Where TRUETH fits

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

Tell us the population you are struggling to serve and we will tell you honestly whether this fits.
