Inclusive martial arts

Our intentional mixed-cohort model: neurodivergent and neurotypical children together.

Not a separate class. This is how every TRUETH cohort is built. Mixing removes the stigma of a mental health program and replaces it with the pride of mastering something hard alongside others doing the same.

What we focus on

  • No pull-out labeling
  • Accommodation as standard practice
  • Peer modeling in both directions

Every session

Each class follows the same shape: an arrival ritual, structured breathwork, martial arts movement, a short reflection on feelings, and a closing ritual. Your child always knows what comes next.

Cost

Every program runs on a sliding scale with full scholarships. Cost is the last conversation, not the first, and no child is turned away for financial reasons.
