Complaints and Concerns

How to raise a concern about the program, staff, or another family, and what happens after you do.

This policy is written and in effect as TRUETH practice. Formal board adoption and counsel review are in progress.

We want to hear about anything that isn't working, whether it's a safety concern, a conduct concern, or simply feedback about how a session went.

How to raise a concern

  • Email [email protected] with as much detail as you're comfortable sharing.
  • Call 702.871.8535.
  • Speak directly with an instructor or staff member, who will escalate it appropriately.

What happens next

We acknowledge every concern, look into what happened, and follow up with the person who raised it. Safety and safeguarding concerns are treated as urgent and handled first.

No retaliation

Raising a concern in good faith never affects your child's place in the program or your standing with TRUETH. See our Whistleblower Protection policy for staff and volunteers.

Anonymous concerns

You may raise a concern anonymously. We may not be able to follow up directly with you, but we will still look into it.

Status

This process reflects how TRUETH currently handles concerns. Formal board adoption of the written policy is in progress.
