TRUETH Foundation is a Woodinville, WA 501(c)(3) nonprofit built around one idea: for a child whose nervous system is overwhelmed, regulation cannot begin in the mind, it has to start in the body. TRUETH Jin Sun Do combines structured breathwork, martial arts movement, and emotional literacy practice for kids ages 5 to 17, with or without a diagnosis.
