Jin Sun Do, the method

Ten martial arts disciplines taken back to their shared root, then rebuilt around what a dysregulated nervous system actually needs.

Breath at Home

Structured breathwork, teaching the nervous system to settle. The skill transfers to the classroom, to a hard moment, and to the night before sleep.

The breathing patterns your child practices in class, and how to practice them together at home.

What your child will do

Each class follows the same five parts: an arrival ritual, structured breathing, martial arts movement, a short reflection on feelings, and a closing ritual. Your child always knows what comes next.

Children with a diagnosis and children without one train side by side and work toward the same belts.

Three words on our triangle

TRUST
Nothing grows between people without trust. Children learn it on the mat: you keep your word, you keep each other safe, and you are loyal to the people who stand beside you.
TIME
Every person gets the same hours in a day. Time is the one thing we all share, and practice gives children time to learn.
TRANSCEND
Success without fulfillment is empty. Transcending means rising past what you thought you could do, and using what you learn to lift other lives.

No commitment before your child has seen the room

  1. Tell us about your child. Use the short form or call. We ask for an age range and what is hard right now. We never ask for a diagnosis to begin.
  2. Talk with us. A real conversation of fifteen or twenty minutes about what helps your child and what does not.
  3. Watch a class. Your child can watch from the side of the mat. Many do on the first visit, and that is enough.
  4. Choose what fits. We talk about cost after you know the class is right. Scholarships come first.
