Anyone connected to TRUETH Foundation, staff, instructors, volunteers, or board members, should feel safe raising a good-faith concern about how the organization operates, including financial concerns, safety concerns, or a possible policy violation.

What this protects

Nobody will be fired, demoted, excluded, or otherwise retaliated against for reporting a concern in good faith, even if the concern turns out to be mistaken, as long as it was raised honestly.

How to report

  • Directly to [email protected].
  • By mail to TRUETH Foundation, Woodinville, WA 98072, marked confidential.

What is not protected

This policy does not protect a report made maliciously or with knowledge that it is false.

Status

TRUETH is committed to this protection as a matter of practice. Formal board adoption of the written whistleblower policy, including a designated recipient independent of program staff, is in progress.
