Refunds and Cancellations
How refunds and cancellations work for TRUETH Jin Sun Do tuition and program fees.
This policy is written and in effect as TRUETH practice. Formal board adoption and counsel review are in progress.

This page describes our general approach to tuition refunds and session cancellations. Because we serve families on a sliding scale, with many children attending on full scholarship, most refund situations are handled individually and generously.
Canceling a session
If we cancel a session, for example due to weather, facility closure, or instructor availability, we will reschedule where possible or credit the missed session.
If your family needs to withdraw
If your child needs to stop attending, contact us promptly. We will work with your family on a fair resolution for any tuition already paid, taking into account your sliding-scale or scholarship arrangement.
Scholarship and sliding-scale spots
Families on a scholarship or sliding-scale rate do not owe a balance beyond what was agreed, and withdrawing does not affect your family's standing for future enrollment.
Status
We do not yet publish a single fixed refund schedule with specific dollar amounts or day-count windows, because our current practice is to handle each family's situation individually given our sliding-scale model. A formal, board-adopted refund schedule is in progress; until then, please contact us directly at [email protected] or 425.931.2582 and we will work it out with you.
