Every child carries something extraordinary.
TRUETH Jin Sun Do is a movement-based mental and emotional regulation program for all children ages 5 to 17, with particular focus on neurodivergent children navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, depression, and giftedness.
TRUETH is a structured, non-pharmacological group program that works through the body first, because for children whose nervous systems are overwhelmed, regulation cannot begin in the mind. It complements the care families already receive. It never replaces it.

Every session, three elements
Structured breathwork
Teaching the nervous system to settle. A skill that transfers to every classroom, every difficult moment, every night before sleep.
Movement sequences
Martial arts sequences that build executive function, pattern recognition, physical discipline, and the deep satisfaction of mastering something real.
Emotional literacy
Learning to name what they feel and understand why, in a group where every child belongs.
Children progress through a belt system that creates repeated experiences of earned mastery. Every cohort culminates in a Warrior Ceremony, where children receive their warrior belt from Grand Master Kim himself, in front of their families and community. For many, it is the first time they have stood before the people who love them and been seen for what they have become.

TRUETH Jin Sun Do was developed by Grand Master Won Kuk Kim, son of Supreme Grandmaster Bok Man Kim, one of the founding originators of Taekwondo in Korea. Over sixty years of martial arts mastery and thirty years of direct practice with neurodivergent children in Greater Seattle, Grand Master Kim unified ten disciplines into a single methodology that builds regulation, focus, discipline, and leadership from the inside out.
This is not a weekend certification program. It is a lifetime of lived mastery, refined through decades of direct work with children.

Our intentional mixed-cohort model places neurodivergent and neurotypical children together, removing the stigma of a mental health program and replacing it with something every child can feel: the pride of mastering something hard, alongside others who are doing the same.
