TRUETH Foundation
TRUETH for families
No child is broken. Every child carries something extraordinary.
What TRUETH is
TRUETH Jin Sun Do is a movement-based mental and emotional regulation program for children ages 5 to 17, delivered at our Woodinville academy. It combines structured breathwork, martial arts movement sequences, and emotional literacy practice in every session.
TRUETH Foundation is a Woodinville, Washington 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We are complementary to your child's existing care, never a replacement for it.
Who it serves
Every child, with a diagnosis or without one. Children navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, depression, and giftedness find specific support in the method. Every other child finds a physical discipline that builds them from within.
We run intentional mixed cohorts: neurodivergent and neurotypical children train together, which removes the stigma of a mental health program and replaces it with the pride of mastering something hard alongside others doing the same.
What a first class looks like
- We start with a conversation, not a form. We want to know what your child is like on a good day and a hard day.
- Your child will not be asked to perform. The first session is about the room being safe and predictable.
- Parents are welcome to observe, or not. Both are normal and we work with whichever is true for your child.
- You do not need a diagnosis, documentation, or an IEP to enroll or to receive an accommodation.
Cost is never the reason a child is turned away
We serve families on a sliding scale and offer full scholarships. No child is ever turned away for financial reasons.
